This is a pineapple night, which means it is for the swingers!! We will have VIP upgrades available for purchase.  If you don't know what this means or includes, please visit our Memberships page for details.

Our place will be set up with plenty of play space for the swingers in mind....lots of beds and pillows and places for voyeurs to watch and players to play, inside the house and barn areas!

Some safe sex protection has been donated, in case you forgot yours or need extras, but please try to bring your own as we go through them rather quickly. Trash bins will be available for use all throughout, so please be sure to use them! Help keep our place clean & tidy.

Extra sheets will be available, but it’s up to you to change them out as needed. There will be “soiled linen” baskets/bins around to collect the used ones for washing. Please do NOT leave your splash pads in the laundry. Please make sure to throw these away first.

The Glass Door Shower & Jacuzzi Bathtub are both available for use. Please be sure to bring your own towels!! We will not be providing any. 

WE CLOSE THE DOORS AT 2A, WHICH MEANS OUT BY 2A NOT FINISH WHAT YOU ARE DOING BY 2A. Lights will go on, and music will be turned off by 1:45a to notify you that you have 15 minutes to finish what you are doing, gather your things and be out by 2A. (If it's a Friday event, we close at 1A)

Street legal to the door (meaning all your naughty bits are covered), once inside, anything goes! We always encourage you to participate in the themed attire recommendations, but they are not required. Check the Calendar page for details of a specific party.

This is a BYOB venue and all glass will need to be left in the kitchen. Please indulge responsibly. You will be escorted out of the venue if you become too inebriated and are a hazard to yourself and or others. We will provide cups, filtered & bottled water, ice and light snacks for enjoyment. You are welcome to bring your own food as needed.

OPTIONAL  UPGRADE ($15)

Includes access for you and 1 other, to our new Bar with Bartender. Still BYOB, but we will provide select mixers (Sprite, Coke, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice & Soda Water). If you prefer something different you can bring it and check it, and your alcohol, in with the bartender, who will pour your drinks upon request. 3 ingredient limits. Wrist bands will be given out upon check in.

You are allowed to bring your phone into the venue for personal use. DO NOT TAKE VIDEO OR PICTURES OF THOSE YOU DID NOT RECEIVED EXPLICIT CONSENT FROM TO DO SO. If you are found doing this, we will ask you to delete the photo(s)/video(s) and consider it a warning. If you do it again, we will either take your phone away for the night and/or ask you to leave.

*When taking selfies or other pictures please make sure you keep in mind who/what is in your back ground. Blur out anything/anyone that should not be there when/if reposting online or sharing with others.

We have a new smoking section inside the venue (which is in the outside portion) and ask that you do not smoke outside in the parking lot. We do have trash bins and plenty of ashtrays, so please be sure to use them as necessary.

Once you have checked in, you are allowed to come and go as you please. Someone will be at the front door to monitor re-entry to those that have already been checked in. Hand stamps may be required on extra busy nights.
