Making Agreements Work - Workshop
This workshop is designed for singles, couples, and polycules who want to create clarity and alignment in their current or future relationships.
Safety and structure are needed for freedom and in the non-monogamous world we all love freedom. Creating a structure of agreements and boundaries gives us the room and stability to expand in a sustainable way.
In this workshop participants will increase their intimacy literacy and their understanding of how to verbalize and specify agreements. Both with themselves and with others.
Participants will explore:
We'll begin with ice breaker activities and then jump into the workshop with a break halfway through. At the end it will be open mingle and cuddle time.
Liz Alexander is a community leader, she's spent the last 11 years in the polyamorous lifestyle and is the founder of Treasure Valley Polyamory on meetup. Liz has an Associates degree in Anthropology, a Conflict Management Certification from BSU, and earned a Tantra certification under Shashi Salluna. In her free time Liz hosts discussion groups, and evenings of poetry. She makes music, and spends a lot of time growing plants and people. Liz is deeply passionate about the intersection of mind, body, and spirit. Introspective sharing and authenticity are her biggest turn ons.
