How it Works at The Warehouse

The Warehouse is Boise's premier PRIVATE lifestyle play space in a 6000 sq ft residential space designed to host kink and swingers alike. We are a BYOB facility, open limited nights, specializing in themed events & group gatherings. All attendees must be vetted either through email or in person. Click on "Vetting" to see how that process works.

This space is for private use and not open to the public. Membership is required to allow us the option to turn anyone away who does not follow our House Rules of safety and consent. 

We will host events, open to the entire community, sometimes themed and/or sometimes community specific, or even just because!

Each of our events will be designated as follows:

Pineapple Nights (for the Swingers)

Debauchery Nights (Kink & Swingers)

Pain & Pleasure Nights (Kink/BDSM focused)

LGBTQ1A+

Are you wanting to host an event but need a space to host it? Or just tired of having to rearrange and clean up your personal home? Partner with us and invite up to 200 guests for a private event limited only to the guests you specify. They must all be vetted members of The Warehouse. Do you and your significant other/play partner(s) wanna spend some time away from home in a private dungeon? We offer that! Sunday - Thursday, Saturday (dependent on event schedule).  $100/hr with a 2 hr minimum, 4 hr maximum and up to 4 people. Please send a direct message to inquire further. We offer space to hold a discussion group (chairs provided) or even a demonstration or other types of interactive classes. Reservations are needed in advance, Sunday - Thursday, Saturday (dependent on event schedule).  All theory based classes (discussion only) are free for the first 2 hours and $75/hr after that. All practical classes (building, designing, practice, etc) are $75/hr. Please email us to inquire further.

Who doesn't love to have some sexy pictures taken?! Our setting is a perfect one to enjoy for just that! We offer our space for rental at $100/hr, Sunday - Thursday, Saturday (dependent on event schedule). Please email us to inquire further.

Our events have a donation for entry. A portion of your donation will be going to a local Non Profit.
